Tracking delivery

Once the contract has been awarded, iSpec will start highlighting deliverables and sending you reminders.
A new Delivery/Milestone section will appear in the dashboard.
 
 
 
To mark an item as delivered, go to the appropriate document and click the deliverable item/and open it.
If any delivery item is imminent or past a deliver date a notification will show in the Documents widget on the overview screen
 
Any item past its delivery time will be highlighted red.
Click the delivery icon to open the delivery tracking window.
 
 
Note: Only internal users are authorized to update delivery information. Once updated, the warning icon in the heading will change to a green delivery icon, indicating that the information is current and no further action is required.
 
 
Once the document has been saved a delivery icon will show next to the heading name for both the vendor and customer.
 
Once the customer has logged in they can read the comments and set delivery dates, the vendor can then login and see the updated dates.
After the delivery and completed dates have been saved the heading name will turn to black to indicate it is complete.
