Trades are general groups of suppliers for example a company may be able to offer various products and services. Link your suppliers to all the trades they supply. For example "Electrical", "Plumbing", "Software", "IT Consulting", "Networking hardware", etc. Once you have created trades, you can easily invite a list of suppliers to bid on a tender by selecting the trade rather than having to select every single supplier individually.
To add a vendor to a trade, drag and drop the vendor user to the required trade in the list. Your supplier will now be listed under that and all other trades to which you have linked him.
