There are separate languages for the interface and the data you input into iSpec.
The Enterprise version allows you to input data in multiple languages i.e you can have each document and all textual input done in multiple languages so that the user can view the data in the language of his/her choice and a tender can be published in any specific language.
To create a new language click the Add button and enter your new language.
