Adding options to responses

 
 
During the tender open phase, the vendor will see an "Add-on option" button below the price fields in the response.
 
 
When the vendor adds a new option, a record is created in the response options table.
 
The vendor can enter a description and price.
They also have the ability to delete options.
 
 
 
 
 
Note: The vendor can only add new options during the tender open phase, and only internal users can add options after the tender has been opened.
 
 
Internal users will see a list of options with checkboxes next to each.
 
 
 
Internal users can add new options if needed and delete any existing options. They have the ability to select or deselect options and update the price of an item as per negotiation phase rules.

All records will be stored in the negotiation history, as currently done.

 Any changes made require the acceptance of the other party, following the existing procedure.
