When the vendor logs into iSpec the default page to open is the iSpec dashboard.
The dashboard shows any Outstanding tasks, Favourites and Recent projects the vendor is working on from the All Tenders and Public tenders menus.
Tenders in different phases can be viewed from the All tenders men.
All public tenders are visible in the relevant section under the Public tenders menu.
