Section library approvals

 

If a section is changed either in a template or from the clause library the template (s) that are using those sections will be taken offline until they have been approved by the specialist or a user type that has permission to approve the section

After is has been approved the status can be changed  back from Under construction to Available.

iSpec has 3 different approvals systems

 

Single approvals - Approve a single section from the Section library

Batch approvals - Batch approve ALL sections in one go.

Scheduled reviews - Batch approved all scheduled reviews

 

To approve a single section open the Section library and expand the paragraph then change the status from Under construction to Available.

After this the section will change from red to black

 

Repeat this process for the section paragraph also.

 

 

 

After this both the section and the section paragraph will go black which means this section has now been approved.

 

Batch approve all sections in one go by clicking the Batch approvals radio button then clicking the Approve all button.

 

 

Scheduled reviews.

Batch approve all scheduled reviews in one go by clicking the Scheduled reviews radio button then clicking the Review all button..
