The Outstanding invoices and Bonds graphs are related to the current outstanding invoices created from a Payment schedule invoice and Institution bonds.
Payment schedule invoices and Institution bonds are only added to tenders that have been awarded.

Shows to the total amount in each currency for ALL tenders where an Institution bond has been added after the tender has been awarded.
