Technical response/data comparison report
The Technical response/data comparison report shows technical responses from all of the vendors side by side.
Click the comparison reports link in the evaluation section and then choose the
Technical response/data comparison report.
The report will only show items that the vendor is required to enter text if no text is required to be entered then the item will not show on this report.
Choose the vendor to include in the report and click Build report button.
Select a document to compare responses, any noncompliant response will have an alert icon next to it and items that have not been accepted will be bold.
Clicking the magnifying glass will allow you to send an email or accept the vendors submission.,
You can only view and accept items if you have the correct user role permissions, otherwise they will be greyed out.
