Compact price comparison report

 
The Compact pricing report is a simplified version of the detailed pricing report.
Click the comparison reports link in the evaluation section and then choose the Compact pricing comparison report.
 
 
 
Choose the vendors to include in the report and click Build report.
 
The pricing reports only show documents and items that the vendor has quoted a price, it does not show any documents or items that do not have a price attached.
Once the report is built it will show overview of each vendors total submitted prices and if a budget percentage has been entered will show if each vendor is under or over the proposed budget.
 
 
Click on a document to view the pricing details. Go to the next page for an explanation of the controls in the pricing report.
The price comparison report all shows all priced items from each vendor at the bottom so the customer can quickly evaluate each vendors costs.
Any items that has an alert triangle is a non-compliant item.
Items in bold italic have not been accepted yet
The vendor with the cheapest price will be underlined.
Include and exclude items to change each vendor price rollup totals.
 
Clicking the first magnifying glass icon will open a popup with the heading requirements, clicking the second magnifying glass icon will allow users to send mail or open the document response and can accept directly and clicking the information icon will show just the vendor response.
 
 
 
 
 
You can also open the vendor cost calculator and do What-If calulations by clicking the magnifying glass.

Please note this option must be enabled in the system settings by enabling the Additional cost report
