Delivery comparison report
The Delivery comparison report shows a summary of intended delivery dates from each vendor
Click the comparison reports link in the evaluation section and then choose the Delivery comparison report.
Choose the vendors to include in the report and click Build report
The overview screen will show you the date with the furthest delivery date for each vendor.
Use the effective contract date tool to show an estimate of the actual delivery date and click refresh.
The delivery dates will be updated on the overview screen and in the detailed delivery report
Click the document name to open the detailed report to see delivery dates for each item.
Items with an alert icon are non-compliant items.
Items that are bold italic have not been accepted yet
If the item has a price as well as a delivery date the vendor with the cheapest item will be underlined.
The magnifying icon
lets the user view the vendor responses and also use the messaging system.
After the contract has been awarded and a contract date set the effective dates will change to actual dates.
Any dates that are past the promised delivery date will be highlighted red,
