Bonds (After awarding only)

The iSpec bond-tracking function allows you to keep track of your exposure to various financial institutions that provide bonds to your suppliers.

 

The system will show the current totals per institution on the dashboard.

 

To add a new bond click the Add button.

 

 

Enter a new Institution name, Currency, Expiry date and click Save.

 

 

The bond will then be added to the tender.

Repeat the process if there is more than one bond or the same bond in an additional currency.

 

 

Bonds can be edited or deleted by clicking the appropriate icon.

 

Click the History icon to show the editing history of the bond.

 

 

Any bond that is over the Expiry date will be highlighted red.

 

 

Once a bond has been added it will be listed in the Bonds by Institution per currency chart on the Dashboard page.
