When the document has been created an alert icon will show next to the document name this is to indicate that the document is incomplete.
In this case no headings have been added as it is a new document.
After the template document has been added headings, sections and content needs to be added.
After the headings and sections are added response requirements need to be added by clicking the section menu and select Response requirements link.
The setting that can be changed are
Paragraph properties
Paragraph name - Change the name of the paragraph in the clause library.
Review Interval - Set the interval time in which iSpec will send you a notification to to review the article.
Specialist user - Change the specialist user for the paragraph.
Status - Set the status to available or under construction.
Editable during preparation - Allows the paragraph to be editable during preparation.
Note :The Only editable items permission in the document type permissions overrides the Editable during preparation permission set at heading level on the document.
For example if the user group has the Only editable items permission unchecked then users can edit the paragraph regardless of whether the heading is set to editable or non editable.
If you do not want users to edit the paragraph make sure each document type has the Only editable items permission checked
Language Content properties
Name - Changes the heading name under the language in the clause library
Specialist user - Changes the specialist user
Status - Sets the status to available or under construction
