When you open the tender you will be presented with the tender overview screen which comprises of various sections.
You can open and close each section and iSpec will remember the last section opened until the next time the user deletes their browser history.
This is the main menu for navigating iSpec.

Indicates the current phase of the tender, current tender phase will be highlighted dark grey.

Closing date countdown timer
Countdown timer showing days, hours and minutes until the tender closes. Bids cannot be submitted after this time unless the tender is extended.

Tender participation selector
Option to indicate if the vendor intends to submit a bid or not, regardless of the selection the vendor can still change their mind and submit/not submit bids.

List all outstanding items the vendor needs to completed before the bid can be submitted. Also allows you to submit a bid/no bid when all documents are completed.

Lets the user know which document requires attention and also how many unread messages there are in the document.

Sections
Tender properties section
List all the project information relevant to the current tender including publication and closing date, RFx type, status and description.

Lists all documents within the tender, all documents with exclamations marks need attention, email icons indicates read/unread emails.
You cannot submit your bid until all documents are complete and all messages have been read.

Shows the dates the vendor has access to the tender.

View the vendor reports, compare current and previous tenders and view project reminders, attachments or correspondence.
