Copying or moving messages

 

If a particular message relates to other headings you can copy or move the message to other headings in the same document or in other documents.

When copying a message a copy of the message will be copied to the new document heading but the original stay in the same location

Moving a message will move the original to the new location.

You can choose to copy or move an individual message or all messages in the thread.

To copy or move a message click the appropriate icon next to the message

 

 

Select the document and headings from the drop down list.

Depending on if you intend to copy or move the message click the Move button.

 

 

 

To copy the full message history click the Copy full message history link.

 

 

Copied or moved messages will have a foot note to tell you which document / heading the message the original message came from.
