Company data is the first tab that shows in the Vendor registration.

Whatever information has be configured in the Company data builder should be completed when it is submitted however only items that are mandatory need to be completed by the vendor.

Go through the details and if the assessor has scoring permission they can also score anything that has been set to be scored.

Comments for each score can be entered and/or a main comment at the bottom of the page.

 

 

If more information is needed use the Email vendor button to request the vendor to update their information.

 

The requested information will automatically be added in the Additional message section and an email will be sent to the vendor.

 

The status will change to Internal  Request to Update and the status will be greyed out.

Once the vendor has updated their registration details they must complete the declaration and resubmit details again.
