If the project needs to be inspected after being awarded, third party inspectors (TPI's) can be added to the project.
Added TPI's are able to view ALL of the awarded vendors documents, attachments, correspondence etc. but cannot respond to any negotiations. It is strictly view only.
To add a TPI to the project after awarding go to the vendor panel and select a TPI from the list.
Only vendors who were not invited to bid on the tender are able to be TPI's on this project.
Or if switched on in the system settings the awarded vendor can act as the TPI themselves.
After the TPI is added they are able to view the full awarded vendor document and responses.
