The system will automatically close the tender on the closing date so that suppliers can no longer respond to it.
iSpec will then automatically send emails to all Tender Committee members requesting they open the bids.
Once the tender has been published the vendor tab will show the bid status of each vendor.
You can see when all of the vendors have submitted their bids.
During the tender submission you can also see the percentage of bids completed.
The tender will close automatically on the given time/date or if you have arranged with the vendors you can close the tender early.
If the vendor was invited to bid on the tender but did not submitted a bid by the tender closing date then they will no longer have access to that tender.
If the vendor would still like to submit a bid they can use the email system to request an extension to the tender.
