You can manage all of the internal users from the Manage Users section,
From the main screen you can see all of the users in that particular unit, the default view size is 10 users you can increase or decrease this by changing the page size.
Each user Full Name will be colored according to there status, there are 3 different status of a user

If the user is highlighted in green then that user has active projects that they are currently working on, you can see the active projects by clicking the edit icon and then select the active projects tab, if the user has active projects then the user cannot be deleted until you have removed then from all there active projects by clicking the delete icon.

If the user is highlighted in red then the user has been deleted and you cannot undelete the user, they are also hidden from normal view and only accessible when the Show Deleted items checkbox is checked.

If the user is normal black colour then they have no active projects and can be deleted.
Editing user properties
When you wish to edit the properties of a particular user click the edit icon
The user properties will open and you can edit the user properties as you wish.
