Deliverables

This table tracks the initially requested delivery and commissioning dates compared to the agreed and actual dates for the awarded vendor.

The required delivery & commissioning dates are dates requested by the customer, the agreed delivery date is the date specified by the vendor and the actual delivery & commissioning dates are dates the items were actually delivered.

 

 

Once the vendor has delivered the items and notified the customer by using either delivery icon and leaving a comment or using the messaging system, the customer will update the actual delivery & commissioning date and also the completed date, this will then get updated in the delivery detail report.
