Batch update heading requirements
Use the batch update to apply requirements to selected or ALL headings in the document.
By default when updating the requirements it will apply to ALL headings, unless the user specifically selects certain headings.
If the user only wants to add an additional requirement then use the icon
next to the requirement name.
This will then add it to the requirements that are already applied.
If the user wants to completely replace ALL of the settings that are applied then use the buttons at the bottom of the requirements page.
This will then replace ALL of the requirements to selected or ALL of the headings.
Saving as default will apply the saved requirements to any new headings that are added to the document.
After adding the content vendor requirements need to be added to the document headings. These will then be carried through during tender creation.
The 4 main requirements are as follows:

Dates - Vendors are required to enter a delivery and commissioning dates.

Data response - Vendor are required to enter a text response.

Compliance - Vendors must select compliance.

Vendor must supply pricing - Vendor must supply a price.
Vendor must enter a delivery or commissioning date
The vendor must enter a delivery date or commissioning but does not need to be within a specified frame.

Vendor must enter a text response
If set the vendor must enter a text response for this heading.

Vendor must select compliance
If set the vendor must select compliance for this item. Defaults can be set to comply fully or cannot comply.
Template creators can also choose the allow data on fully compliant items

Vendor must supply price and optional text
If set the vendor must enter a price and give an optional text response,
Template creators can also choose to allow the vendors to view the weighting.

Simple evaluation scoring
Enter maximum technical and commercial scores and weighting.

Advanced evaluation scoring
Set the advance scoring sub-category
|
|
Replace, append or add new sections to the template document
|
|
Import from the master excel template to append to the document.
Note: This import doesn't replace the current headings just adds to it.
