Advanced evaluation with only predecessors
If you choose to setup the Advanced evaluation with no approvals and only a predecessor then the workflow will be as follows:
Once the bid opening approval is complete and the bids are open the first evaluation phase will be available.
Click the Click to start button in either the Evaluation widget or evaluation section.

Or expand the evaluations section to start technical evaluations.
The commercial evaluations status will be set to Waiting with a warning that the predecessor isn't complete (in this case the technical evaluations)
Once the technical evaluations are complete (indicated by a green checkmark) click the Click to end button to end that evaluation phase.
The evaluator will be asked to confirm the evaluation phase is complete and enter a password.
Now the technical evaluation is complete the commercial evaluations can now be started.
Note: You cannot start commercial evaluations until at least 1 vendor has been short listed, the status will stay at Waiting.
When the vendors have been short listed the commercial evaluation link becomes available click the Click to start button and complete the commercial evaluation.

Once the commercial evaluations are complete click the Click to end button in either the Evaluation widget or in the evaluation phase.
The evaluations can be reopened after they have ended if scores need to be adjusted.
The evaluations are now completed, if this is an E-bidding auction then the E-bidding will start.

If this is not an E-bidding auction or the auction is complete the negotiations will continue.
