It is very important to maintain the accuracy and validity of library items, as legal requirements, specifications and technology is continually changing. For this purpose, iSpec allows you to assign an update frequency to each library item. When the specified period of time has elapsed, you will be reminded to check the library item to see if it requires updating. Other examples are addresses, telephone numbers, etc. that often become out of date over time and people forget to update. Use this option to add additional frequencies to suit your requirements.
To create a new revision click the Add button and enter a review name and interval time in days.
