The live chat feature allows users to collaborate seamlessly within a document. You can engage in real-time conversations and easily save chats to specific headings for better context and organization. This feature enhances communication by keeping all relevant discussions tied directly to the document content.
On the left side, you'll see a list of users, both online and offline, who have access to the document.
You can send a message by typing it in the text box and clicking the "Send" button
or by pressing the enter on your keyboard.
You also have an option to save the conversation to the headings by clicking the save conversation button
It will then show the save conversation modal and allow the user to select which document, heading, date he/she wants to save the conversation.
The saved conversation will appear under the selected heading when you open the correspondence section.
