The iSpec system lets you search and view all correspondence relating to that tender. All correspondence between vendor and customer are listed and the read status.

 

 

If the customer has sent the vendor a correspondence you can open the message by clicking location scroll down to history and read and respond to the message.

If the vendor sends the customer a correspondence then the read status will have a yellow envelope to indicate the message is unread.

When the customer reads the message they can confirm they have read the message by checking the Read box.

The message icon will change to show it has been read.
