Adding Internal users

iSpec allows for multiple users and multiple business units and departments in a hierarchical structure.
To list users click on a business unit and a list of all users from the selected business unit will appear. This also applies to Supplier (Vendor) users.
To add a new user click the Add button.
 
 
Once you click the Add button the user profile screen will appear and you need to complete the form, as a minimum you need to add:
 
 
  • Login Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • User Type
  • Company Name
  • Department
  • Email Addresses
 
 
 
Once the user account has been created you can edit the profile and add any default roles to the user account.
