If the vendor template is currently available and either the vendor or template creator adds headings or edits existing clauses the template will be taken offline, the status will be changed from Available to Under construction and both the vendor and template creator will need to approve the template.

 

Template approvals (Vendor)

 

When the clause changes the heading will change from black to red until it has been approved.

 

 

Choose the Clause library from the Library (Vendor supplied specs)

 

 

Expand the tree until you find the clause in the library.

Change the status from Under construction to Available from the status dropdown menu.
