The combined technical/data/pricing report is the most comprehensive report and allows you to see both technical & commercial responses

To see the combined technical/pricing report, expand the evaluation section, click comparison reports and select  the combined technical/pricing report and choose a document to view.

 

 

Choose the vendor to include in the report and click Build report

 

 

Once you have built the report you will see the Combined technical/data/pricing comparison report overview screen click the document name to open a detailed report

 

 

Once the report is open all the data is available to you, the price roll up is available at the top, technical response are on the left and commercial responses are on the right, the vendor who has submitted the lowest price has an orange line underneath, non compliant items have an alert sign and items that have not been accepted by the customer or vendor are bold.

The report also allows you to send or view historical messages, view scored items and open the negotiation controls.
