Evaluation phases are used in conjunction with with the Advanced evaluation system for more more information please see the Advanced evaluation system section.

 

To add a new evaluation phase click the Add button, enter the evaluation phase name and description.

Choose a type from the drop down list you can choose from a Generic, Technical or Commercial Type.

 

Note: Once the type has been set it can cannot be changed you will need to delete it and start again.

 

 

The evaluation phase will now be available from the dropdown list in the evaluation section of the overview page when creating new evaluation phases.

 

You can only delete an evaluation phase that is not in use if the phase is in use you will receive the following error.
