Another option is to import clauses using a spreadsheet.

 

To do so click the Import paragraphs into library link.

 

 

The import window will appear. Click on the Here link to download an example spreadsheet. Use this format to structure your data correctly for importing into iSpec. Once you have done so select the file and click Import file then close the window once the success message has appeared.
