To compare the technical or other data responses from the different vendors you need to select the Technical response/data comparison report from the dropdown menu.

 

The report will only show items that the vendor is required to enter text if no text is required to be entered then the item will not show on this report.

 

Choose the vendor to include in the report and click Build report button.

 

 

Select a document to compare responses, any noncompliant response will have an alert icon next to it and items that have not been accepted will be bold.

Clicking the magnifying glass will allow you to send an email or see the vendors submission.,

 

 

You can only view and accept items if you have the correct user role permissions, otherwise they will be greyed out
