HSE Evaluation Form - Upload a default HSE Evaluation form that vendors can download and complete during pre-registration.

Upload GST/VAT attachment if turnover reaches or above - Specify the maximum amount the company turnover can exceed before a GST/VAT certificate must be uploaded.

Minimum financial score to qualify as a vendor - Specify minimum financial score the vendor must reach to qualify as a vendor.

Minimum score to qualify as a vendor - Specify the minimum overall score the vendor must reach to qualify as a vendor.
