Advanced Evaluation Workflows

Advanced evaluation with approvals and predecessors - If this configuration is selected you must start and end each evaluation phase individually before the next in the list can start.

Technical end approval, commercial bid opening approval and if it is an E-bidding auction 2nd commercial bid opening approvals must also be completed.

Advanced evaluations with only predecessors - If you select this configuration you must start and end each evaluation phase individually before the next phase in the list can start.

Advanced evaluations with no approvals or predecessor - If this configuration is selected any evaluations phase can be started and run parallel with other evaluations e.g you can run both technical and commercial evaluations together.
