The ALL Tenders menu is used for browsing tenders and the documents contained in them. To access the Tender list you can either select All Tenders main menu - to view ALL the tenders regardless of the status, or select from Tenders in preperation, Published, Negotiating or Awarded Tenders, you can also view completed, canceled and unsuccessful tenders.
The Public Tenders menu will list all public tenders that are available to register an interest in, or that you have submitted a bit on similar to closed tenders.
Normally however after login, iSpec takes you directly to the dashboard and you can click the 'Outstanding tasks' link to which will then list all tenders that need attention.
