When entering your responses to a document, there are two different views you can use depending on which works best for you and how fast your internet connection is.

 

The default mode is the outline mode where you work with one heading at a time. This is best for slow internet connections as it only loads at a time.

 

The second view is the Extended View mode where the entire document is loaded. This view may take a while to load depending on the size of the document and your internet connection speed.

 

To complete the documents click the document which has an alert next to it, any document that doesn't have an alert has either been completed or does not require any responses from the vendor.
