The All Tenders menu section will show all phases in a separate section and display only the tenders for which you have a role.
The phases are as follows.

Tenders in preparation
Published tenders
Tenders under evaluation
Awarded contracts
Completed contracts
Deferred tenders
Cancelled tenders
