Moderating evaluators scores

Once the evaluators have evaluated all of the phases the moderator can review all of the evaluators completed scores, if a minimum of 2 evaluators scores are apart more than the moderation differential then the moderator can enter a score which will give a final moderated score.

The moderator permission is controlled by the Manage project evaluation phases permissions if any role has this permission the users can Start/Stop evaluation phases, view all evaluators scores and enter moderated scores.

In order to moderate scores the evaluation phase needs to be completed. You can moderate phases while other phases are currently in progress.
All of the tenders that need to be started, scored or moderated will be listed in your dashboard under Outstanding tasks

The To Do widgets will list any phases that need to be moderated. Click the Score manager link in either the To Do widget or the evaluations section.

If any sub category needs a moderate score then a moderated score box will appear above the average score for that vendor.
Click the average score to see how each evaluator scored for each vendor for this sub category.

...and any comments the evaluator may have left

Once the moderator has reviewed the evaluators scores they can enter a moderated score.

You can also leave a comment by clicking the pencil icon.

A green mark will appear on the pencil of any moderated score that also has a comment.

When all the scores that need to be moderated are completed the moderator can go back to the Evaluation settings panel and see what was the highest and lowest moderated score and the vendor it was applied to.
