Responding to a Sub tender

The customer might publish a tender that has sub tenders. For example the customer might want a new Wireless Routers upgrading in both London and Norwich offices.
The reason the customer has published this with 2 sub tenders is to allow vendors to bid on either one or both of the tenders and for the customer to be able to award one or all to one or more vendors.

When you open a tender you would see the main tender screen. After reading the tender details you need to decide whether you are going to bid on both tenders or just one and then indicate this in the sub tender section by checking the sub tenders you wish to submit bids for. You can change this at any time before the closing date.

After selecting which to bid on complete the submission information as you normally would for the main and selected sub tenders.

When the sub tenders are complete select which ones you wish to included in your submission my checking the sub tenders box

Note: Even after the vendor has submitted a bid they can choose to edit there submission, remove or add another sub tender.
Every time any changes are made the vendor must re-submit there bid.
