iSpec allows you to create and add flags to easily mark tenders or vendors for example if you wish to mark a tender as low-cost or you have a vender who  is a preferred vender these cab then be filtered from the tender list.

To create a new flag click the Add button, give the flag a name, choose vendor type and format colour.
