The Types and Options section displays optional settings that can be set during tender creation or set after the tender is created.
The optional settings are as follows.

Category - Set a category for this tender

Item Type - Set an item type for this tender

Evaluation Type - If your license has the advanced evaluation module you can either use the simple or advanced evaluations, this is set in the system settings but can be changed after the tender has been created.

Open or Closed tender - Choose if the tender will be a closed tender where you invite certain vendors or open tender where anybody can register there company in iSpec and submit a bid.

Visibility - Select the visibility date that vendors can view the tender,

Public Disclosure options - Select disclosure options for the tender, this can be set through and RFx type or manually by checking the appropriate checkbox.

Reverse Auction options - Set reverse auction option to apply during tender publication or during negotiations

General Options - Set general options
Note: Public disclosure, Reverse auction and General options can all be set through an RFx type, manually or a combination of both.
When all of the settings are correct click Save changes.
