Once the project manager has selected the winning vendor the tender is awarded and moves from the evaluation phase to the awarded phase, you must set the contract preparation end date and also set the contract date

You can also generate a MSProject plan.

 

 

Even though the tender has been awarded you can still add further documents and track any revisions to the document.

 

 

Now the tendering process is finished the contract management (delivery) phase can begin.
