iSpec has 2 ways of being able to include users on the CC mail list.

You can use the CC mail option in the messenger window or you can configure iSpec to automatically CC emails to certain users and groups.

 

Using the CC mail option in messenger

 

Click  the CC search button and you can select a group or an individual user to receive a mail copy

If you choose a group then everybody in that group will receive a copy of the email otherwise select only individual users.

 

 

Automatically CC mail to users.

 

iSpec can be configured to automatically send out a CC mail to certain users.

Depending on which sender / receiver combination is used determines which users by default receive a copy or can be configured to be included or excluded from CC mail.
