Template document settings
Document settings are split into Document properties and Analytics
Document properties
Set the document properties as follows:
Name
Change the document name.
Description
Enter a description of the document.
Language
The language of the document.
Translate
If the user needs to change the language, they may translate it by clicking the
link.
A drop down menu will show and allow them to select the language they want to use.
After selecting the language, click the translate button.
The system will translate the language of the document.
Outline numbering
Choose to have numbering turned on in the outline tree and content panel
Continue numbering on sections
Continue numbering on sections as well as headings. This option can only be used if numbering heading is turned.
Document type
Change the document type by selecting on the drop down list.
Changes to sections must be approved by
This approval permission will apply to users working in a template where they can then approve any changes to a section.
Analytics
Provides basic analytical information relating to the current document.
