Comments

Each heading or section can have a comment linked to it. Each user that has a role on the document will see the comment in the document and receive a copy of the comment via email.
 
To add a new comment, click the Add a new comment link
 
Enter your comment and click Save.
 
 
The comment will be saved with date/time stamp.
Note: After the comment has been read the Read/Action will show the name of the user.
 
 
When the user logs in the unread comment's icon will show in the document list.
The overview panel will also show the comment in the Recent activities and the initials of the sender.
If you hover over the initials the system will tell you the sender with a date/time stamp.
The document tree will also show an unread icon on the heading name
 
After the user has read and acknowledged the comment by clicking the Read/Action checkbox the icons changes from an unread to read icon.
Users can then easily see which headings have comments both read and unread.
