Managing internal users

You can manage ALL the internal users from the Manage Users section,
The default User manager screen show the top-level unit and all users in that unit.
To create a new unit right click the unit and select Add unit. The unit will be added beneath the current one.
Delete the units the same way although ALL the users must be deleted or have no active documents before you can delete the unit.
 
 
 
Each user Full Name will be colored according to their status, there are 3 different status of a user
 
  • If the user is highlighted in green then that user has active projects that they are currently working on, you can see the active projects by clicking the edit icon and then select the active projects tab.
     If the user has active projects, they cannot be deleted until all the document roles have been deleted.
  • If the user is highlighted in red then the user has been deleted and you cannot undelete the user, they are also hidden from normal view and only accessible when the Show Deleted items checkbox is checked.
  • If the user is normal black color, then they have no active projects and can be deleted.
 
 
 
Editing user properties
When you wish to edit the properties of a user click the edit icon.
The user properties will open, then you can edit the user properties as you wish.
 
 
To reset the user's password, click the Yes radio button and the user will be emailed a new password.
