Editable, Non-editable & Mandatory sections

When creating sections iSpecDMS has the option to make the section Editable, Non-Editable or Mandatory.
When the section is editable it can be edited anytime in the template or document
When a section is non-editable it  can still be edited in the template but when a document is created from the template the user will not be able to edit the section unless the user has overriding permissions.
When a section is mandatory the user must either edit the content or manually approve the section in a document
Note: If overriding these editing settings the user must have full editing right permission on the document type.

The sections can be set in 3 different places.

In the section 3 dot menu.

In the template section properties.

In the Template global settings.
This option is a batch option to replace multiple sections at once.

By default, ALL sections are editable when created unless the section is linked from the library in which case the section will follow whatever is configured in the section library

When a section is editable. the icon(light grey) and text will show in the section.
When a section is non-editable the icon and the text will show instead.
When a section is mandatory the icon (dark grey) and the text will show in the section.

Note: When a section is set as editable, non-editable or mandatory they configuration will be active in documents not templates.
