Approval functions are one aspect of the settings that need to be configured in order to use the Approval routing system.
To add a new Approval function click the 
button.
Enter a Name, Description and select whether this function will have Financial approval or not.
After adding an Approval function, it needs to be linked to a new or existing Approval routing
