It is very important to maintain the accuracy and validity of library items, as legal requirements, specifications and technology is continually changing. For this purpose, iSpecDMS allows you to assign an update frequency to each section library item. When the specified period has elapsed, you will be reminded to check the section to see if it requires updating. Other examples are addresses, telephone numbers, etc. that often become out of date over time and people forget to update. Use this option to add additional frequencies to suit your requirements.
To create a new revision, click the
Add button
enter a review name and interval time in days.
