Deleting External Users

 
When you delete an external user, the account is not deleted but set as inactive and hidden, this is to comply with iSpecDMS audit trail and allows administrators to view user profiles and logs even if the user account has been deleted.
To delete a user, you must first delete the user's roles from ALL active projects, you do this by going to the active projects tab and removing all projects by clicking the delete icon.
 
 
When you have deleted ALL active projects, you can then go ahead and delete the external user's account.
When the external user has been deleted their name is highlighted red, the login name is renamed to a non-descript name and the account is removed from normal view, to view deleted users you must check the Show deleted items checkbox.
