Deleting Internal Users
To delete a user, first delete the user's roles from ALL their active projects.
Click on the Active documents tab and delete the roles for the user.
When ALL active projects have been removed from the users account, their name will go back to All black text and can now be deleted.
When the user has been deleted their name is highlighted in red, the login name is renamed to a non-descript name and the account is removed from normal view.
To view deleted users, you must check the Show deleted items checkbox.
Moving Users
To move a user to a new unit, click the edit icon and then choose the new department from the drop-down list.
The user account will be moved and accessible from the new unit.
