If a user moves departments or leaves the company, it may be necessary to delete All the user roles on ALL templates and documents.
After the roles are deleted or replaced the user can be deleted.
To do this click the Batch delete all of this users roles link.
Note: If the user doesn't have permission to delete roles the delete icon will be inactive.
The system will delete all the user roles and remove the users access to the template or document.
A pop-up warning will show, click Ok to continue or cancel.
